Booked them for a CCTV drain survey following an unsatisfactory experience with another provider; they had originally been engaged when we bought the house and came recommended again through a trade contact. Two visits, first to check out the job and clear the partial blockage and then to completely clear the large amount of roots that had accumulated. My drains were all completely blocked and the water from my washing machine overflowing. I rang around for a few quotes and was very pleased with Happy Drains quote which was a fixed price.
